Cogito Graph Database Solution Takes SOA Approach to Java-Based and .NET Environments

Cogito Knowledge Center Workbench is a Windows-based console that
provides the ability to map, model, ingest, query, analyze and report
data in the Cogito Knowledge Center.
The Cogito Graph
Engine is a Java-based core that runs on both Windows and Linux, 32-bit
and 64-bit systems and supports detailed models comprised of object
nodes and arcs to inherently simplify the discovery of data
relationships.
Northrop Grumman beta tested the Cogito
Knowledge Center in its own internal research and development.
"Cogito's off-the-shelf Knowledge Center exceeded our expectations in
performance and its ability to assimilate information," said Sandra
Hettinga, principal investigator, Northrop Grumman Corporation. "We
also were able to utilize Cogito's flexible APIs for our customized
development projects."
The Cogito Knowledge Center applies
proven graph theory and algorithms for use with currently used data
analytics software. In addition to support for a Service Oriented
Architectures (SOA), and employs open standards such as Java and .NET
provides easy integration into existing applications and data
management systems.
