17TH ICYM - GENOA YACHT SHOW

• The Antigua Charter Yacht Meeting wishes to congratulate the organizers of the 17th Annual ICYM for hosting an extremely well organized and productive show. There were noticeable improvements over the previous year, which benefited everyone attending. Well done!
• For the 2nd consecutive year the ACYM showcased the our own show with a panoramic booth display and an A/V show highlighting images from our Dec. 2004 show.
• We received extremely strong support for our efforts in 2004 from many agents attending and were encouraged by the positive response to the many changes that we are making to improve the Antigua Show experience. Thank you for your feed-back.
• We feel it is very important for the ACYM to be present at the ICYM to maintain the deep and valuable links that exist between our two shows.
• In addition, an informal meeting was held between representatives from the ACYM and St. Maarten Charter Yacht Exhibition (SCYE) to discuss ways to facilitate movement between the islands for anyone wishing to attend both charter yacht shows in December 2005. Further info on this subject will be announced as and when developments occur.

• Yachts registering prior to June 15th, with registration payment made before July 31st will automatically receive a 10% discount.
• This year the Show registration fees do NOT include the dockage fees. Please check your dockage preference when filling in the registration form and then email or call the marina of your choice to make your dockage reservation.
• 2005 Show Registration Rates for yachts:
  Up to 60ft US$ 650
  61 to 80ft US$ 750
  81 to 100ft US$ 850
  101 to 130ft US$ 1,100
  131 to 150ft US$ 1,250
  151ft and over US$ 1,400

• Please make payment as per instruction on the website, we will confirm when your registration fees are received.
• Yachts needing help with marina reservations please let us know, we are here to help make the registration process as smooth flowing as possible.

• Agents registration fees are USD$150 per person.
• A 10% discount will apply. If more than 10 agents attend from one Management Company.
• Agents belonging to MYBA, CYBA and AYCA will be given a 10% discount also.
• Agents may not qualify for 2 discounts, e.g. being more than 10 agents from one company and a member of an association listed above.

• For the 2005 show we will have a Fast Track Lane at the airport immigration section to help you through speedily and on to customs with your bags. We will once again have the free airport shuttle to your hotels in the area. On the website there is now an Arrivals Form to fill in with arrival date, time and hotel name. Please do fill in this form when you have your arrival details so we can arrange your transportation.
• There will be the usual free shuttle service around the show and to your hotels each evening.

• Hotels are offering special show rates; please make reservations early to ensure the discount.

• As usual registration for the 7th Annual Charter Chefs Competition will be on November 1st 2005 starting at 9am Eastern Caribbean time.
• You will receive updated information in a later press release.
• If anyone would like to spend three days as a judge for this year's competition we would love to hear form you and your judging qualifications.
• It is a great way to really get to know 30 yachts...
