Richard Davies wrote: The UK has a good crop of technology pioneers in cloud computing - for example ElasticHosts, FlexiScale, Flexiant, OnApp - and also some strong government initiatives such as G-Cloud. We will have to see whether this kind of technical leadership converts into swift mass-market adoption or not.

Entisys Honored as a Top Performing Citrix Virtualization Solution Advisor Partner in the 2008 "Go for the Green" Program
Entisys Ranked #1 In North American Sales Revenue and Influence for Citrix XenServer and Citrix Desktop Virtualization Solutions

Entisys Solutions announced that it has been named a winner of the 2008 Citrix Systems "Go for the Green" program, ranking #1 in North American sales revenue and influence for Citrix XenServer and Citrix Desktop virtualization software solutions.

"As a pioneer in both server and desktop virtualization, we are pleased to be recognized by Citrix as the highest ranking Citrix Solution Advisor Partner, after having sold more Citrix XenServer and Citrix XenDesktop solutions than thousands of resellers nationwide, during the 'Go for the Green' program," said Mike Strohl, President, Entisys Solutions, Inc. "Our clients rely on Entisys to help them optimize application and access delivery, from the data center to the desktop. One of the ways that we do this is through our Virtualization Oriented Architecture, a methodology that was built to take advantage of the virtualization capabilities afforded by software solutions such as XenServer and XenDesktop."

Entisys Solutions' Virtualization Oriented Architecture (VOA) offers a holistic approach to virtualization that is designed to ensure the best possible infrastructure design. Through a process of comprehensive assessments, Entisys' architects expertly identify the hard-cost indicators and soft-cost processes that can be replaced or enhanced to realize full utilization, empowering the client organization to better manage IT potential and use resources more efficiently. VOA also provides a holistic technology platform for today's critical business operations -- meeting the objectives of optimum performance, maximum security, greater flexibility, high availability, broad support and improved return in investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO).

In January of this year, Entisys Solutions was chosen by Citrix Systems as its "Citrix Partner of the Year". "We are honored to be recognized as the 'Top Performing Citrix Solution Advisor' during the 'Go for the Green' program, and this is yet another accolade from Citrix that further validates our continued commitment to maintaining our status as one of the company's top business partners," said Strohl.

Citrix Systems' 2008 "Go for the Green" program officially began on Jan. 1, 2008, and ended on June 30, 2008.
