Burger Boat Company launched INGOT, a 153’ Tri Deck Motor
Yacht.
INGOT is a luxurious and sophisticated Burger. Powered by twin
Caterpillar 3508 engines, she is ready to efficiently cruise the world. INGOT was
designed to be an environmentally friendly “go anywhere” exploration vessel with
the refinement of a classic and stately motor yacht.
With an exquisite design throughout her 5,025 square feet
(467 square meters) of interior accommodations and 4,150 square feet (386
square meters) of exterior deck and leisure space, she features brilliant
detail and amenities ensuring pleasant cruising for owners and guests wherever
she travels.
INGOT features a “Neo” Classical motif enriched by
traditionally designed, bookmatched, raised panel Honduras mahogany. The interior
incorporates curved, molded and radiused joiner details throughout accented by
104 custom built round Honduras
mahogany pillars with Maple burl inlaid veneers.
The lower accommodations include four large VIP staterooms
with king sized berths, unique joiner details, walls of raised panel mahogany
and a blend of soft fabrics. Each VIP stateroom includes an en suite bath with
heated floors and rare marbles, granites and onyx.
The spacious crew accommodations, built of bright, naturally
finished Anigre, include a large lounge area, separate laundry room and a
walk-in refrigerator/freezer. Each of the four double crew staterooms includes
an en suite bath. A Captain’s stateroom, finished in raised panel mahogany, is
situated aft of the wheelhouse and includes an en suite bath.
The interior central staircase, adjacent to the full-sized,
wheelchair accessible elevator servicing all four levels, includes a recessed
mahogany railing with wrought iron accents. At the sky deck level, the stairway
features a full glass surround.
The salon and dining area feature two large, back lit “white”
onyx ceiling panels; one directly over the dining table and the other over the
seating area in the main salon. A radius faced mahogany china cabinet with a
form matching soffit above divides these spaces.
The stainless steel and Mahogany trimmed galley is furnished
with commercial quality equipment and appliances. A separate stairway provides
discrete crew access from the galley to a service panty on the sky deck.
The sky deck features a large pilot house/navigation area
forward with an adjacent Captain’s stateroom. Aft is the sky lounge complete
with comfortable seating, entertainment area and wet bar, with direct access to
the galley.
Stowing the tenders discreetly on the aft main deck leaves
the upper decks clear for dining and lounging. The exterior Bridge Deck
features an inviting exterior seating arrangement forward of the Pilot House
for enjoying the view while at anchor or underway. Aft on the Bridge deck are
several additional dining and relaxation opportunities. The central feature of
the sun deck is a teak wet bar with large screen television. The sun deck also
offers a large hot tub and sun lounge, a built in treadmill, day head and
forward seating areas.
After final fit out and sea trials, INGOT will travel on her
own bottom to the Mediterranean where she will
be featured in the 2008 Monaco Yacht Show, September 24-28, 2008.
