and SLIPSTREAM as his latest central agency yachts. KOKOMO is the 23rd sailing yacht and third
over 50m in length built by Alloy Yachts. Designed by Dubois Naval Architects and
launched in July 2006 she continues the steady progression in the design and
construction of large, high performance sailing yachts. With elegant lines and
superior build quality and finish, she is the only yacht of her type on the
market. Asking price EUR 34.500.000.
The 43m yacht SLIPSTREAM, the largest Warren yacht to be built to date, was
designed by Dubois Naval Architects and launched in 2000. With her black hull
and metallic silver super structure she stands out from the crowd. With huge
windows throughout she offers light and spacious living for 10 guests and has
outside spaces suitable for both entertaining and privacy alike. Asking Price

Jonathan Zwaans, also in the Monaco office has signed the 55m
Oceanco, LADY CHRISTINE as his latest Central Agency yacht. Launched in 2001
and designed by the A Group with a richly decorated interior by Gerard Villate
and Die Oldenburger, she accommodates up to 10 guests in total luxury. With a minimum deck height of 2.2 metres
throughout, LADY CHRISTINE is incredibly spacious both inside and out with a
range of entertainment areas. With a 5,000 nautical mile range and helicopter
facilities she truly is an ocean going yacht. Asking Price EUR 45.000.000
Edmiston & Company are pleased to announce their
association with the new Dunya facility in Turkey and the appointment of
Nicholas Edmiston as the Central Agent for RED SQUARE. Due for delivery in 2010 this
72m, Sterling Scott designed yacht will accommodate up to 16 guests. With an

yachts for Central Agency:
MYSPACE is a 34 m white hulled Baglietto. Built in 2002, she
has metropolitan chic style, with white furniture, clean lines and a crisp
finish. MYSPACE has a rare five cabin layout for 10 guests, with a top speed of
32 knots – asking price €6,950,000.
Launched in 2007, the 35m Admiral, BE COOL, has only 80
hours on her engines - making her an almost brand new boat. She has a very
stylish minimalist interior with antique oak floors and white square
panelling. With a top speed of 30 knots,
BE COOL² can accommodate 8 guests. – asking price €9,250,000.
For those thinking the Voile de Saint Tropez is an event not
to be missed perhaps Mike Horsley’s latest Central Agency yacht MARIGOLD could
be the yacht for you. Built in 1892 and meticulously refitted in 1992 she is
the first of Charles Nicholson’s large yacht designs. Regarded by many as ‘One of the Jewels
British yachting history’ she has been successfully raced and very well
maintained in the Mediterranean. Visits to the
