(Montvale, NJ, April 16, 2004) - SYS-CON Media, the world's leading i-technology magazine publisher, announced today that it plans to offer the top job at Kircaali Media, the company's fully owned subsidiary which publishes consumer magazine titles (www.yachtchartersmagazine.com) to Mr. Kwame Jackson. SYS-CON's offer to Mr. Jackson will be to run the consumer magazine division of the company as President / CEO with an annual salary of $150,000. Part of the job responsibilities of the President / CEO position, which is currently open, will include the launch of two new magazines; Private Jet Charters & Travel Magazine and Million Dollar Homes Magazine.
