IDC placed iAnywhere Solutions in the top position in its Leadership Grid over 25 other enterprise-centric vendors in this market.

7/24 - iAnywhere Solutions, a subsidiary of Sybase, announced the results of a new Aberdeen Group study demonstrating the visible cost of ownership (VCO) of SQL Anywhere Studio to be significantly lower than Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Oracle9i. The report found that over a five-year period, SQL Anywhere Studio offered the lowest acquisition, administration, and maintenance costs among the leading mass-deployment embedded database products.
