"After five months and as of November 12, 2001, Java Pro's June 2001 circulation audit statement was still not available at the BPA International Web site. Therefore we can't make direct current comparisons for the most recent audit period. However, at the last audit statement (June 2000), Java Report (no longer in print) delivered a little over 23,000 six-month average circulation where they promised a rate base of 30,000, and Java Pro also promised a rate base of 30,000 and delivered only a little over 24,000 six-month average circulation. For this period, JDJ delivered a 67,000 copy circulation on a 60,000 rate base."
