SYS-CON Events Moving to New York City's Jacob Javits Convention Center in 2002

New York, NY, December 4, 2001 - SYS-CON Events, Inc. (www.sys-con.com) headquartered in Montvale, New Jersey, announced the dates and the location of its 2002 East Coast events. "Web Services Edge 2002 East - International Web Services Conference & Expo", "JDJEdge 2002 East - International Java Developer Conference & Expo" and "XMLEdge 2002 East - International XML Conference & Expo" will take place June 24-27, 2002 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City (www.javitscenter.com). SYS-CON's East Coast events will be complementing the Technology Exchange Week New York -TECHXNY- a week-long showcase for the most dynamic business technology players and products in the world, in the most dynamic city in the world (www.techxny.com).

"In 2002, we look forward to coming back to New York City for the third year in a row and plan to double our exhibit floor by moving to Jacob Javits Convention Center," said Grisha Davida, vice president of Business Development at SYS-CON Media. "This will allow us to host Java, XML, .NET and all related technologies within our Web Services canopy. JDJEdge 2002 - International Java Developer Conference & Expo will continue to be the largest dedicated Java developer conference on the East Coast."

"Web Services Edge 2002" and "JDJEdge 2002" will take place in Hall 1A and Hall 1C of New York City's Javits Center. SYS-CON Events will have 140,000 square feet of Conference and Expo space available to produce and present this spectacular event.

Expo Floor sales for this event are ongoing. The sponsors and exhibitors of "JDJEdge 2001," "XMLEdge 2001" and "Web Services Edge 2001 East and West" events will be given priority for selecting booth locations at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. The 2002 floor plans are available at Exhibit.
