Yachting Partners International and Northrop & Johnson announce another successful brokerage collaboration. YPI represented the buyer and N&J the seller for the purchase of the 40m Lurssen "BE MINE". This timeless Lurssen yacht will be available for charter from Spring 2007 onwards via YPI - following an extensive winter refit under the control of YPI Management. Yachting Partners International report an exceptionally busy time at the moment with six yachts "under Contract" of which two have "completed" at the time of going to press:  "ANATOLIA", the 48m Proteksan fan tail motor yacht; and "DREAM SEEKER", the 43m Feadship.  Two quite difficult deals completed to great satisfaction of Buyers and Sellers.

The news that the fabulous "SHAMROCK V" is being offered for sale through YPI is also exciting news, offering the entrée into the exclusive 'J'-Class club.

Yachting Partners are full of other news and activities such as the opening of the stylish new office for YPI Crew in rue Honoré Ferrare, next door to the main YPI office in Antibes, with more staff to maintain their high standard of service.

YPI Charter have taken on several new Central Agencies including:

"CHARISMA", a 46.6m Feadship; "KING FISHER" (ex "SILVER CLOUD"), a 43m Feadship; and several others in the pipeline once deals are completed in October.

YPI Management have also expanded with additional staff and several new contracts including three Feadships and a Lürssen as well as several additional new-builds under negotiation".
