Gatorz Inc. Hires Sports Investment Bank Park Lane, LLC

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- Gatorz Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GTZ) ("Gatorz" or the "Company") announced today that the Company has retained Park Lane IBS, LLC ("Park Lane"), a sports investment bank based in Los Angeles, California. Park Lane will be the exclusive advisor to Gatorz as the company begins to execute on its growth strategy.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement with Park Lane, Park Lane will assist the Company in sourcing new sources of capital and potential acquisition opportunities. For its services, Park Lane has been paid US$50,000 and granted options to purchase up to 500,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share.
