Miami Accident Lawyers at Bernstein & Maryanoff Settle Lawsuit Arising From Car Accident
The Florida Injury Lawyers at Bernstein & Maryanoff, Whose URL is http://www.bernsteinandmaryanoff.com, Have Settled a Lawsuit for an Injured Client

MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/07/13 -- The Florida accident lawyers at Bernstein & Maryanoff have been representing clients who were wrongfully injured in Florida car accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents and pedestrian accidents for many years, and the firm has litigated several cases on behalf of those clients in furtherance of efforts to recover compensation for losses incurred in these crashes. The firm hereby announces that it has successfully negotiated a settlement on behalf of a client who was allegedly injured in a car accident. The terms of the settlement are being kept confidential per agreement between the parties involved in the matter.

This Florida personal injury lawsuit was filed in response to a car accident that occurred within the court's jurisdiction. Specifically, the case was filed in the Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial District in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida. It was assigned to the General Jurisdiction Division and it was given a case number of 08-47306 CA (30). The case named an individual female as the plaintiff and two males as defendants.

According to the court documents, the plaintiff was allegedly injured in a car accident that occurred in Miami-Dade County. These same court documents alleged that the accident in question was caused by the defendants. As a result of this crash, the plaintiff alleged in the pleadings that she suffered several severe injuries that included fractures to her wrist and a broken leg. These injuries allegedly caused much in the way of pain and suffering for the plaintiff.

In addition to the pain and suffering damages that were named and alleged in the court documents, the plaintiff also alleged that she suffered losses with regards to past and future medical bills, past and future lost earnings and losses that related to property damage. The court documents sought a recovery for all of these different forms of loss based on the allegation that the defendants were negligent in causing the car accident that led to this lawsuit in the first place.

After the case was filed and before the case was fully litigated, the Florida injury attorneys at Bernstein & Maryanoff were able to meet with the defense to discuss the matter. Eventually, the two sides were able to negotiate an out-of-court settlement that provided compensation to the plaintiff for losses incurred. As mentioned above, the terms of this settlement are being kept confidential, and the matter is now considered closed by those who were involved in the case.
