Gartner Positioned BrandMaker Again in the Leaders Quadrant for Marketing Resource Management

BrandMaker GmbH, the leading provider of Marketing Resource Management (MRM) software in Europe, has been positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Marketing Resource Management” by Gartner, Inc. for the second time in a row. Gartner is the world's leading information technology research and advisory company.

“We are pleased that despite Gartner using the more stringent inclusion criteria, we have been placed in the Leaders Quadrant for Marketing Resource Management once again”, commented BrandMaker CEO Mirko Holzer. Since last year, Gartner has changed the prerequisites or inclusion criteria according to which providers are considered for the Magic Quadrants.

Holzer continues: “We regard the Garner recognition as a confirmation of our consistent growth strategy. BrandMaker is the only provider in the Leaders Quadrant that is an owner-operated company that focuses exclusively on the development of Marketing Research Management solutions. The market for MRM systems is growing at a rapid pace. Thus the significance of this topic at companies is also increasing. We are pleased to have a hand in helping to shape this development and to be a leader in this extremely dynamic market segment.”

For its Magic Quadrant, Gartner arranges solution providers based on their “implementation expertise” and the “completeness of their vision”. Gartner analysts examined the MRM solution providers using weighted criteria covering products and service, overall impression, sales execution and pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience, and operations, among others.
