PayGo(TM) Announces Featured Provider Agreement With Aclara for Mobile Payment Solutions

ALPHARETTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/30/13 -- PayGo™ (PayGo), the market leader in "real-time" integrated utility payment solutions, and Aclara®, a leader in Intelligent Infrastructure technologies for utilities and part of the Utility Solutions Group of ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE), today announced an agreement whereby PayGo will provide mobile payment capability to municipals, cooperatives and investor-owned utility customers through the Aclara Mobile Experience (AME).

Relying on standards-based integration and architecture, the two companies are offering a comprehensive mobile payment solution to Aclara's more than 500 utility customers, as well as new customers.

"PayGo's payments capability complements our solution set for the AME program," said Andy Zetlan, vice president of business development, Aclara. "This complete solution enables utility customers to review energy and water usage with a single dashboard, and to make payments in a flexible and convenient manner. Adding PayGo's technology to our existing functionality allows Aclara to provide a more comprehensive solution that will enable our existing customers -- as well as new ones -- to extend their consumer-initiated payment functionality."

"Aclara has a long-standing reputation for providing powerful customer relationship solutions to utilities," said David Elve, Executive Vice President, PayGo. "We are pleased to be teaming with Aclara to help utilities provide customers with a wider range of payment solutions."

Through this agreement, PayGo's cloud-based software systems will be used in concert with Aclara's industry leading customer engagement platform, allowing customers to make payments on their mobile devices. PayGo's PCI compliant payment solutions will enable utility customers to conveniently make payments while they obtain up to date information from, and interact with, a broad range of data sources, devices, and applications through AME.

The PayGo payment technology is designed to provide more convenient and flexible payment options to utility customers. Aclara and PayGo intend to deliver an integrated solution that will provide a low-risk, affordable option for mobile payments with fast rollout capabilities.
