Under the terms of the agreement, Gonneville will offer SunSi's complete Lightsky LED product catalogue and SunSi's proprietary, waste heat conversion ORC systems through its distribution network.

SunSi and Gonneville will offer prospective customers complete turn-key, state- of- the- art LED lighting options at highly competitive pricing levels. The bundled options will include a quantification of energy savings prior to installation, the removal of existing lighting and fixtures, the preparation of all required documentation necessary to maximize the collection of all available, local, state and federal rebates and taxes; and a variety of flexible financing packages customized to meet customer needs.
