Tokyo, Jan 23, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - Hays Specialist Recruitment Japan KK ("Hays Japan") has today announced the promotion of Regional Director, Jonathan Sampson to country manager of operations in Japan.

Jonathan will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Japanese business across all 13 sectors which Hays specialises in.

His hands-on experience has spanned a variety of specialist areas including IT&T, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, resources and mining and banking, just to name a few.

Jonathan has also received accolades for his excellent work. In 2006, his contributions were acknowledged with a National Leadership Award from the Australian Davos Connection. The award recognises outstanding new generation leaders for their achievements and vision.

A graduate of one of Australia's premier universities, Jonathan has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University supported by various leadership development programs.
