In addition to his sales role, Steve also serves as an Account Manager for all of his clients, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and proper knowledge transfer. He is a graduate of Alma College in Alma, Michigan, and is completing his Master's of Science in Business Intelligence from St. Joseph's University.
