Yadkin Valley Financial Corporation Announces Date for Fourth Quarter 2012 Earnings Release and Conference Call

ELKIN, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/13 -- Yadkin Valley Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: YAVY), the holding company for Yadkin Valley Bank and Trust Company, announced it will release fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results on Thursday, January 24, 2013 before the market opens. Management will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. EST that same day to discuss the Company's financial results, business highlights, and outlook.
