ValCom ( Acquires Interest in 193 Buck Ram Songs

BOONTON TOWNSHIP, N.J., Jan. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- A representative of ValCom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VLCO) announced today that the company has acquired an interest in 193 additional musical compositions written or co-written by Buck Ram through an agreement with Alicia Bennett, Buck Ram's daughter.  Buck Ram is considered by many in the entertainment field to have been one of the greatest songwriters and producers of the 20th century having written or co-written numerous multi-platinum RIAA certified standards such as "I'll be Home for Christmas," "The Great Pretender," "Twilight Time," and "Only You."

Tim Harrington, ValCom CEO, stated "We are pleased to note that a number of noteworthy classic songs such as "Shing-a-Ling-a-loo," "Love Must Go On," "The Big Forget," "We Ain't What We Was," and other Platter favorites as well as "Hand Clappin" recorded by the Flares are included with the 193 compositions".
