Walter Investment Management Corp. To Transfer Its Common Shares To The New York Stock Exchange

TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Walter Investment Management Corp. (NYSE MKT: WAC) ("Walter Investment" or the "Company") today announced that it will transfer the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") from the NYSE MKT. The Company expects its shares to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 23, 2013, under its current ticker symbol "WAC." The Company will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT until the transfer is complete. Mark J.
