Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Florida Injury Lawyers at Bernstein & Maryanoff Settle Premises Liability Lawsuit for Injured Client
The Florida Injury Attorneys at Bernstein & Maryanoff, Whose Web Site URL Is http://www.bernsteinandmaryanoff.com, Have Settled a Premises Liability Lawsuit

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - January 15, 2013) -  The Florida injury lawyers at Bernstein & Maryanoff have been providing legal representation to clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence and recklessness of others for many years. The attorneys at the firm handle cases that include slip and fall accidents based on the legal theory of premises liability among other types of claims that involve litigation that seeks the recovery of damages for injuries incurred. The firm hereby announces that it has successfully settled a Florida personal injury lawsuit that was filed on behalf of a client who was allegedly injured while legally on the premises of the defendant named in the legal action. The terms of that settlement are being kept confidential per the agreement of the parties involved.

The Florida premises liability lawsuit that was at issue here was filed in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida. The case was assigned to the General Jurisdiction Division and it was given a case number of CACE 10-018824. The case was filed on behalf of an individual who was allegedly injured because of the negative maintenance of a property that was under the control and responsibility of the named defendant.

According to the court documents, the plaintiff, an individual female, was legally on the premises of the defendant on September 1, 2009. At that time, she attempted to use steps that were wet at the time. The court documents allege that because they were not properly dried, the plaintiff slipped and fell on the steps and badly injured her wrist. She needed to undergo surgery and the court documents alleged that she incurred several forms of damages as a result.

The types of damages that were claimed in the court documents included those that were associated with medical costs, the loss of income and pain and suffering damages. The case was filed and before it went to trial, the parties to the lawsuit were able to successfully negotiate an out-of-court settlement that resolved the matter. The terms of the settlement are being kept confidential per the agreement that was executed by the litigants involved.
