Forrester Research evaluated 10 emerging MSSPs, each of which offer competent security technology skills, effective pricing, excellent customer service, experienced and trained staff, and flexibility. Each emerging MSSP was evaluated on 15 criteria grouped into three categories: current offerings, strategy and market presence.
