3.  Look for experience – and the cutting edge
It's great to find a realtor that's been in the industry for years and years. However, the last thing you want is a "dinosaur" who doesn't keep up with any of the latest trends. So, be on the lookout for a realtor that has a website (and actually takes the time to update it!). Also, look for a realtor that harnesses the power of things like Facebook and YouTube.
