Virtual Offices: The New Way of Doing Business

NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- With the advancement in technology, workers have been redefining their office needs and the way they work.  Mobile devices have provided the freedom for workers to work from practically anywhere they choose.  With the evolution of this mobility, a growing trend in officing has become even more popular.  Virtual Offices give users the freedom to office from anywhere, but still have a professional address, services and administrative support at their disposal.

Blair Whiteford, New York Sales Manager for Rockefeller Group Business Centers, says, "we have tripled our Virtual Office clientele over the last two years.  This is due to an increased demand for flexibility, which we have been able to accommodate."

Whiteford goes on to say that by upgrading our VoIP telephone platform, RGBC has given clients the ability to set up phones at their home office via the Internet, regardless of where they are in the world.  This is without giving up the luxury of having one of their receptionist answer the phones for the client and transfer to anywhere in the world.

While working at satellite locations, users still have access to traditional office services, such as conference rooms, administrative staff, premier business addresses, and on demand office space.  This growing trend has changed the structure and design to the layout of RGBC's business centers.  Over the past two years, they have built 3 new centers, keeping in mind the needs of the virtual office user.  Whiteford goes on to say that they have increased the number of conference rooms at each location, as well as the number of day offices, cafes and Co-Working Spaces.
