Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. (TSX:AF) is providing this update on the strategic review process that was announced by the Company's Board of Directors on August 2, 2012. The process of reviewing strategic options is being overseen by a Special Committee of the Company's Board of Directors comprised of four independent Directors. The Company continues to explore and evaluate a range of strategic options with a view to enhancing shareholder value. The Company has not set a definitive schedule to complete its process.
