Rudolph to Participate in Two Investor Events in January 2013

Rudolph Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTEC) today announced that the Company’s management will participate in the following investor events in January 2013: Rudolph’s Company Sponsored Analyst Event and the 15th Annual Needham Growth Conference. At each event, management will provide an overview of the Company and will discuss its competitive position and future prospects.

Company Sponsored Analyst Event: New York, NY – January 14, 2013
Rudolph will host an Analyst Meeting and Luncheon for the professional investment community on Monday, January 14, 2013, in New York City, NY. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. EST, with the program beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST, followed by lunch at 12:30 p.m. EST. The afternoon will feature breakout tables hosted by members of each of Rudolph’s business units. One-on-one meetings with management are available by appointment only following the luncheon.
