Civolution Adds Senior Sales Veteran Dennis Guiry
Former Technicolor, Microsoft, GE Executive to Strengthen Global Reach of Leading Content Identification Company

NEW YORK, Jan. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Civolution, the leading provider of technology and solutions for identifying, managing, and monetizing media content, today announces the appointment of Dennis P. Guiry as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. A seasoned sales executive with a rich history of tenure at companies such as General Electric, Microsoft, and Technicolor, Guiry will spearhead the growth of Civolution's global sales.

Based in Civolution's New York office, Guiry will also strengthen the Netherlands-based technology company's presence in North America by adding his extensive knowledge and experience working in the digital software and technology markets.

An industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in the intersection between media technology and commerce, Guiry most recently hails from Technicolor, where he managed Technicolor's North American sales division, ensuring the growth of the company's digital delivery products and software services.  Prior to Technicolor, Guiry was a Regional Director at Microsoft Corporation responsible for driving the business strategy, revenue growth and consulting services for a global portfolio in excess of $750m. Additionally, Guiry held the position of Client Director at Microsoft, chartered with the global business management for the General Electric Company. Guiry began his career with the General Electric Company where he held functional leadership roles across varied GE business units most notably GM Commercial Operations with GES and Manager- Sales Development for GE Corporate.

Dennis will be part of the Civolution team at CES 2013, booth 70811 in the Venetian Hotel.
