Littlejohn & Co. Selects iLevel for Portfolio Monitoring
Private Equity Fund Manager to Track Portfolio Operations on Cloud-Based Platform

NEW YORK, Jan. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, and iLevel Solutions, the cloud-based software provider to alternative asset managers, together announced that Littlejohn & Co. has selected iLevel for its portfolio monitoring platform. iLevel is an innovative, SaaS-based portfolio monitoring platform that automates data collection from portfolio companies and offers reporting on thousands of raw or derived performance metrics.

"Littlejohn & Co. works closely with our portfolio company management teams so we need to have immediate desktop and mobile access to complete, accurate and timely performance data for each investment," said Ken Warren, Chief Financial Officer of Littlejohn & Co. "We expect faster data collection and reporting with iLevel."

Once the raw data is in iLevel and has been verified by Littlejohn's deal team and portfolio operations staff, iLevel calculates hundreds of performance metrics and the collected and calculated data is immediately available for reporting. Littlejohn expects to make reporting available on the web and through iLevel-enabled Excel reports for valuation, portfolio operations, investor relations and partners.

"In addition to the regular reporting we provide to our investors at the fund and asset level, we need to answer investor questions during fundraising and be able to respond to an increasing number of limited partner information requests. We expect iLevel will help us satisfy these investor reporting demands," said Deb Jorde, Director of Investor Relations.

"Littlejohn has a long track record of success in the private equity industry and we are honored to welcome them to the iLevel community," said Rick Kushel, CEO of iLevel Solutions.
