Global Income Fund Announces Self Storage Facility Acquisition

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/28/12 -- Global Income Fund, Inc. (OTCQB: GIFD) (the "Company") today announced that Self Storage Group I LLC, a subsidiary of the Company, has acquired a self storage facility located at 21 Aim Boulevard, Sadsburyville, PA 19369. The facility is a 49,198 square foot, 480 unit, state-of-the-art self storage facility with expansion potential on 7.632 acres located at the intersection of Lincoln Highway (Business Route 30) and Aim Boulevard directly adjacent to the Chester County Airport. The self storage facility offers traditional storage units, climate controlled units and outside parking spaces. It has been operating since 2006.

The Company intends to continue seeking investment opportunities in real property self storage facilities.
