MORAGA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/28/12 -- Affiliates of MacKenzie Capital Management, LP (the "Purchasers") have extended the expiration date with respect to their tender offer for units of Participation interests (the "Units") in Empire State Building Associates, LLC, 250 West 57th Street Associates, LLC, and 60 East 42nd Street Associates, LLC (the "Companies"), pursuant to a letter to be mailed to unitholders as soon as practicable after the date of this release. The expiration date has been extended through February 8, 2013.
