Quantec Launch INDEPENDENCEKEY: Security, Privacy, Freedom

Quantec presents IndependenceKey.

It’s easy to use, handy to carry around and good-looking. It’s the world’s smallest and fastest. It’s versatile, thanks to its USB host port. It’s incredibly safe… it’s INDEPENDENCEKEY.
A miracle of engineering in only 4 cm of pure and advanced design, that allows you to:

  • Safely store your files and folders (100% hardware AES 256-bit).
  • Create encrypted disks or partitions and synchronize only the differences with the Cloud (Dropbox and other Cloud storage services): maximum speed, minimum bandwidth!
  • Associate with anyone you want to share, in an extremely safe way, any sort of information through your favorite tools. Companies won’t need to use slow VPNs or SSLs anymore.
  • Create encrypted backups on external drives with a simple, easy and immediate Drag&Drop.
  • Have a SECURITY CAP: a hardware device for secure backups and data recovery of all information in case of loss or theft of IndependenceKey and, furthermore, of amnesia.

IndependenceKey is all this and much more, but what really matters is that you can finally use those Cloud services that are as useful as unsafe, you can use e-mails, Skype or any other tool to transmit data without fearing that your information could be stolen, detected or modified; you can leave your PC turned on or even unlocked without worrying that someone could access your sensitive data, files or documents of any kind.

Privacy, Security and Freedom are finally restored thanks to this extremely easy-to-use and secure device:

  • No instructions manual!
  • Completely integrated with the Operating System.
  • Double-click to open files with no need of previous decryption (no trace of any unencrypted data in memory).
  • Drag&Drop to transfer backups on external drives plugged into the USB back port.
  • Encrypted disks and partitions and, when required, easy synchronization on Cloud storage systems at maximum speed.
  • Physical and remote association with other users through a dedicated cryptographic authentication hardware embedded into IndependenceKey.

IndependenceKey will be globally launched at International CES, January 8-11, 2013 in Las Vegas:. The Venetian – Level 2 “Ballroom A-L”, Booth #70409.

Don’t miss your appointment with Freedom!

With so much going on in this space you could be forgiven for thinking you were always working with yesterday’s technologies. So much change, so quickly. What do you do if you have to build a solution from the ground up that is expected to live in the field for at least 5-10 years? Th...
