Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Catalyst Joins With Zapproved to Expand Cloud-Based E-Discovery Workflow With Legal Hold Pro

DENVER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 -- Today, two leading providers of cloud-based e-discovery services announced they have teamed up to provide clients with a consistent and defensible e-discovery legal hold, analysis, and review process that delivers the many advantages of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture.

Catalyst Repository Systems, Inc., a pioneer in providing cloud-based document repositories for e-discovery and other complex legal matters, and Zapproved, the developer of Legal Hold Pro, the fastest growing legal hold management system, have formed a strategic alliance that will enable their clients to be more effective and efficient in litigation management and document review. Through their browser, clients can securely and efficiently notify custodians of their duty to preserve, track compliance, initiate collection and then process and review the relevant ESI.

The combined expertise and technology of Catalyst and Zapproved ensures clients have the tools they need to effectively manage the entire e-discovery process, beginning with notifying custodians and ensuring compliance. Legal Hold Pro provides a complete litigation hold management system for Catalyst clients to enable a highly efficient and defensible litigation hold process.

"Pairing Legal Hold Pro with Catalyst is a great fit since the two systems are extremely complementary as the leading cloud-based systems for electronic discovery," said Brad Harris, Vice President for Legal Products at Zapproved. "This alliance allows us to provide clients with a seamless SaaS experience from issuing the litigation hold through review."

"By partnering with Zapproved we are now able to offer clients an integrated cloud-based legal hold management system for efficient, defensible litigation hold -- a technology that many of our clients have been asking for," said John Tredennick, Catalyst's founder and CEO. "We look forward to providing our clients with more of an end-to-end platform through technology integrations like LegalHold Pro."
