Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

C2C Announces Promotion to Replace Email Archiving Solutions From Autonomy
C2C Enables Companies to Switch Out Their Autonomy Email Archiving Solutions From ZANTAZ and Mimosa to ArchiveOne Without Any Initial Cost

WESTBOROUGH, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 -- C2C, a leading provider of email, file and messaging management solutions, today announced a new product replacement promotion which enables companies to switch out their existing Autonomy email archiving solutions (including solutions previously from ZANTAZ and Mimosa) with C2C's ArchiveOne Enterprise email archiving and management platform. The replacement promotion, effective through May 31, 2013, delivers a smooth transition to C2C's ArchiveOne Enterprise for the simple price of the client's existing maintenance fee.

"With HP's recent $8.8 billion write-off for its Autonomy acquisition the customers that stand to lose out the most are those in the mid-market," said Dave Hunt, CEO, C2C. "HP will be forced to recoup its acquisition investment from Autonomy's largest customers and as a result HP's product development efforts for the mid-market customer will all but evaporate. Companies between 500 and 10,000 users shouldn't have to break the bank to achieve their archiving, retention and eDiscovery goals. Nor should they settle for solutions that don't have a strong commitment towards development and future innovation. With ArchiveOne these mid-sized enterprises can benefit from a 'real world' archiving model that is both cost effective and industry-leading -- all while knowing that we will be there to support the mid-market with the continued advances they need for true retention, compliance and information governance."

C2C's ArchiveOne is a comprehensive email archiving and management platform that gives email administrators the tools they need to dramatically improve the overall health of their email environment, comply with various regulatory bodies and enable eDiscovery of live and archive data. It has been designed for the "real world" where email data may reside on Exchange servers as well as network file servers and end user systems, and, where it is not feasible to archive all email data before enforcing retention or searching messages. This "real world" approach separates ArchiveOne Enterprise from the competition because it aligns with IT organizations and drives efficiency into their daily activities -- rather than change them.

ArchiveOne Enterprise is available now for on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.

Replacement Promotion Terms
C2C's Autonomy replacement promotion enables any company currently using an Autonomy email archiving solution, including solutions previously known as ZANTAZ Digital Safe and Mimosa NearPoint, to switch to C2C ArchiveOne without any initial up-front investment for procurement or implementation. Once C2C's ArchiveOne has been installed, C2C will simply take over the client's existing maintenance terms with Autonomy.
