Employee Votes Put Tech Firm Over the Edge for Third Year Running

The Orange County Register, in coordination with Workplace Dynamics, conducted anonymous surveys of thousands of employees across hundreds of companies of all sizes throughout Orange County. DreamHost's high ranking on the list was a direct result of independently-obtained employee feedback and a validation of the company's commitment to providing a democratic and inclusive workplace.
