Florida Rules of Judicial Administration now require service of court documents to opposing counsel by email and relies upon the sender to track and prove delivery of said emails, and any attachments, to the intended recipient. "Without court-admissible proof of delivery of email, the sending lawyer is leaving himself or herself exposed to recipient claims of non-receipt of documents.
