In the article you mentioned the low power benefit, and mentioned the HP computer, as low cost solution, but I think that our product the Cubox that Costs 120$ and needs only 3 Watt of power could be another excellent solution.

F-Secure's Global Expansion Supported by New Offices in Latin America
New Offices in Chile and Colombia, and Soon in Mexico, Reinforce F-Secure's Leading Position as a Provider of Worldwide Security and Cloud-Based Content Solutions

SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/05/12 -- F-Secure has opened new offices in Chile and Colombia to meet growing demand for F-Secure products in Latin America. The new offices, located in Santiago and Bogota, will focus on building operator partnerships in their respective regions. The entire portfolio of F-Secure products will be made available to Latin American consumers.

"Latin American consumers are increasingly using multiple devices to access the Internet," said Christian Fredrikson, CEO of F-Secure. "While being connected anywhere, anytime is great, it also opens them up to the same threats that F-Secure is observing around the rest of the world. We want to make our best technologies available while making the most of this business opportunity."

A recent F-Secure survey* indicated that PC penetration in Brazil has reached 85 percent. Of households, 51 percent have smartphones and 22 percent tablets. Of Brazilian consumers, 77 percent consider the content on the device more important than the device, and 74 percent agree that it would be very useful to have all their content accessible on all their devices. 49 percent were already actively using some type of cloud solution for storing or backing up their content.

Focus on operator partners

The new offices reaffirm F-Secure's leading position as a provider of security software and content-related services through operator partners around the world. The F-Secure partner network today spans over 200 operator partners serving more than 250 million consumers worldwide. The network includes many leading operators in Latin America.

"F-Secure is already offering the best-of-breed in terms of protection and content solutions to leading operators in the region. By acquiring new partners we can further boost synergies and solidify our leadership position," said Ascold Szymanskyj, VP, Latin America at F-Secure.

F-Secure's survey found that consumers generally prefer to subscribe to security, storage, backup and synchronization services through their existing internet service provider. More people trust their broadband provider over global companies such as Dropbox and Google to store and safeguard their sensitive content.

The new offices will be supporting F-Secure's regional headquarters in Brazil. The Chilean office will cover the Southern Cone countries (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia). The Colombian office will cover the Andean region (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela and Panama). A new Mexico office will be established soon covering Mexico and Central America. Each office will have sales, technical and marketing personnel.
