New Togo's Opens In Truckee To Satisfy Local Cravings For Seriously Stacked Sandwiches

TRUCKEE, Calif., Nov. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Residents of Truckee, Calif. now have a new go-to deli inspired restaurant serving up big, made-to-order sandwiches stuffed with the freshest ingredients. Togo's Eateries, Inc., a "West Coast Original" since 1971, announced today the opening of its newest restaurant located at 11991 Highway 267.

"I am thrilled to have opened the first Togo's location in Truckee and am confident that local residents will become big fans of the brand if they haven't already tried our delicious, seriously stacked sandwiches, wraps, salads and more," said Hardeep Gill, franchisee. "At Togo's, we are passionate about the quality food that we serve and are dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional, one-on-one deli-style experience.  We look forward to bringing our seriously stacked sandwiches to more areas across California."

Gill's first Togo's location represents a strategic move to build upon his current business, as the new restaurant was developed within his existing Fast Lane #4 service station in Truckee.  He earned his business degree from the San Francisco State University and has a background in construction, as well as retail and hotel management. Gill already has another Togo's location in development for Healdsburg that will open in early 2013 and is looking to further expand his portfolio throughout Northern California.

At Togo's, there is a relentless commitment to using only the freshest, superior-quality ingredients and meats.  California avocados are mashed daily, Artisan bread, abundant quantities of lean pastrami, roast beef, turkey and other premium meats are part of Togo's exceptional menu and set the brand apart from other sandwich shops.

The new location is now serving guests daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. For more information on the new Truckee Togo's, call (530) 550-7220 or visit http://www.togos.com.
