Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

WGI Holdings, Inc.'s Subsidiary - MyBitCloud, Plans to Develop Application for Android

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/30/12 -- WGI Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WGIH) - MyBitCloud announced today that it plans to develop applications for the Android OS.

MyBitCloud plans on developing an Android application that will allow users to access, share documents, photos, music and video from the MyBitCloud storage.

MyBitCloud 4 Android will allow users to:

- Browse files and folders and Open many file formats
- Download files directly to the device (Over-The-Air Downloads)
- View Photos directly from MyBitCloud Photo Album
- Share files and folders effortlessly
- Stream music to their Android device

Google Android is an Operating System made by the Open Handset Alliance, led by Google, for mobile devices and tablets. The first commercial version was released in September 2008 and as an opposite to Apple's iOS, Android is designed to work on devices made by third-party Manufacturers. According to new figures released from analyst firm IDC, Android shipments reached 136 million units in Q3 2012, which accounts for 75% of the 181.1 million shipments during the quarter. Or, as IDC puts it, "the Android operating system was found on three out of every four smartphones shipped during the third quarter of 2012." Android's overall smartphone market share has jumped to 72.4% in Q3 2012, up from 52.5% in the same period last year, Gartner's latest data shows. Google's platform now has increased its market share to more than the mind boggling 90% in the world's most populous country -- China, according to the latest report by Analysis International. The share is likely even higher, but the analysts don't count knock-off Android devices. Just last year Android's share of the Chinese market was 58.2%, so that is some very, very impressive growth.

"Adding support for the Android OS should further fulfill our clients' needs and allow us to expend our service into a fast growing market," said Kyle Bendford, CTO, MyBitCloud
