LONDON -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/12 -- Reference is made to the third quarter 2012 report released on November 28, 2012. Golar LNG will be trading ex-dividend of a total dividend of $0.85 per share on December 5, 2012. The record date is December 7, 2012, and the dividend will be paid on or about December 21, 2012. This dividend represents the third quarter dividend of $0.425 plus an accelerated fourth quarter dividend of $0.425.
