LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Quill.com, a leading business to business office products provider, is expanding the Dunder Mifflin brand beyond paper, turning the fictional company from NBC's beloved sitcom "The Office" into a major office-products brand that will make Dunder Mifflin popular in offices for years to come. New Dunder Mifflin products, available via Quill.com, include Sharpies, Self-Stick Notes (yellow and assorted colors), premium facial tissue boxes, coffee cups, storage boxes and legal pads. (Photo: http://photos.prnewswire.com/prnh/20121126/CG18278) The items are adorned with slogans inspired by "The Office" such as "Quabity First" and "Look Busy. Take Notes."
Quill.com began offering Dunder Mifflin paper in late 2011 through a licensing relationship with NBCUniversal brokered by JTMG, NBC's agency of record. The paper launch – which featured Dunder Mifflin-esque paper-pushing "food trucks" in major markets and appearances by "The Office" cast members - exceeded all expectations, leading Quill.com to expand the product line. "People really responded to the opportunity to have 'The Office' in their office," said Sergio Pereira, Vice-President of Merchandising, Quill.com. "They love the humor and levity it brings to a corporate environment." The new products, which will begin shipping in December and January, are currently available for pre-order at www.quill.com/dundermifflin. "We were delighted by the way the paper launch brought Dunder Mifflin to life in a way that was true to 'The Office,'" said Kim Niemi, Senior Vice President, NBCUniversal Television Consumer Products Group. "We're thrilled that this great fictional brand is poised to be very real and successful for years to come."
