SFL - Invitation to Presentation of 3Q 2012 Results

HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/12 -- Ship Finance International Limited ("Ship Finance") (NYSE: SFL) plans to release its preliminary financial results for third quarter 2012 on Thursday November 29, 2012.

The Company plans to host a conference call and a webcast for all shareholders and interested parties on Thursday November 29, 2012 at 10:00 AM (EST) / 4:00 PM (Central European Time).
