(NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of hiring, learning, marketing and selling cloud software, announced today that a leading health insurance provider has selected CallidusCloud's ICM, the market-leading Incentive Compensation Management solution for the insurance industry. The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

The insurer aims to improve producer performance and service levels. Currently they have over 10,000 external producers selling commercial and Medicare product lines in North America. The goal of the project is to dramatically improve sales results across the insurer's channel of external producers.
