Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Catalyst Partners With Equivio to Deliver Unparalleled Predictive Coding Technologies to Domestic and International Markets
Incorporation of Equivio Zoom With Catalyst Insight Adds Predictive Coding Capabilities to the Legal Industry's Most Powerful XML e-Discovery Platform

DENVER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/13/12 -- Catalyst Repository Systems, Inc., a pioneer in providing secure cloud-based document repositories for e-discovery, today announced it has partnered with Equivio to offer predictive coding to work with Catalyst Insight, its innovative XML e-discovery platform. The combination of Equivio Zoom, Equivio's industry-leading predictive coding platform, and Insight, Catalyst's premier search and review technology, gives legal teams the ability to identify relevant documents more quickly, more efficiently and at significantly lower cost.

"Equivio Zoom is already known for its unparalleled predictive coding capabilities," said John Tredennick, Catalyst's founder and CEO. "By using Equivio Zoom with Catalyst Insight, we are now able to offer one of the most powerful e-discovery platforms available on the market."

Built around a simple, intuitive e-discovery flow unified in a single platform, Zoom imports the raw data set, analyzes the documents, performs predictive coding, and then exports the filtered data set to Catalyst Insight. The result is easier, faster and smarter e-discovery. After attorneys "train" Zoom's predictive coding application to find relevant and privileged documents within a data set, Zoom applies its machine-learning capabilities and statistical techniques to calculate graduated relevance scores for each document. Zoom's advanced predictive coding technology makes possible informed early case assessment, precise data culling, prioritized review and systematic quality assurance for human review.

Catalyst Insight provides a fully cloud-based end-to-end e-discovery platform specifically built for powering big data legal cases through the heart of the litigation lifecycle. With Insight, legal professionals can efficiently and quickly identify, categorize and review massive volumes of electronic documents. Insight is the first e-discovery platform in the industry built with XML technology, enabling it to combine metadata, tags and text in a unified, searchable data store. Insight's lightning-fast search results, stunning visual analytics and customizable review workflow allow legal teams to manage the largest and most complex cases with ease.

Catalyst has also created a unique process to use Equivio Zoom's predictive coding technology to efficiently and effectively identify relevant documents in foreign languages, including Japanese, Chinese and Korean -- languages traditionally difficult to apply predictive coding.

"As a pioneer and innovator in the e-discovery space, Catalyst recognizes the need for powerful predictive coding as a key element in addressing the risks, costs and complexities of today's highly challenging e-discovery environments," said Amir Milo, CEO of Equivio. "We believe that Equivio Zoom will be a powerful addition to Catalyst's already extensive capabilities."
