(MCRT) (PINKSHEETS: MCRT),with a duly passed unanimous directors' resolution, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Tsap Wai Ping as Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company and Ms Tse Wing Yee as Director of the Company.

Mr. Tsap Wai Ping is a Securities and Gold bullion trading professional with extensive experience in the industry. He was the Marketing Director for HT Securities Ltd., a Hong Kong based broker dealer, from August 1995 to July 2000. From July 2000 to September 2005 he was the Executive Director at Wintech Securities Ltd, a Hong Kong based brokerage firm specializing in IPO, Meger & Acquisition, and Capital Finance. From Jan 2006 until October 2008, he was the Chief Advisor at Legarleon International Ltd, a Hong Kong based gold refinery and trading firm. He was Chief Advisor of United Simsen Global Markets Ltd, a Hong Kong based brokerage firm from November 2008 until July 2009. He joined South China Bullion Limited, which is a gold and futures trading firm in July 2009 as Chief Advisor and departed on March 2010. Mr. Tsap is currently a director at Yinfu Gold Corporation.

Ms. Tse Wing Yee is a seasoned entrepreneur and experienced growth driver. She has worked as one of the key management team members in various international companies in China, including the City of Fuzhou, Jianxi Province, Panjin Liaoning Province and Hong Kong. Ms.Tse Wing Yee has over 15 years professional experience in the finance industry. Specific transaction types include private equity financing, IPOs, secondary offerings, reverse mergers and PIPES.
