Columbus Acquires Telecorp: Expands Columbus Business Solutions Brand to Honduras Business Community

TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/12 -- Columbus International Inc. ("Columbus") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Telefonica Corporativa (Telecorp). The acquisition will position Columbus in Honduras as a complete provider of advanced IT and telecommunications integrated solutions, through its business services brand, Columbus Business Solutions ("CBS").

Guillermo Bueso, CEO of Banco Atlantida Group, stated, "These are two reliable and competent providers of telecommunications and integrated IT solutions.
