Logicalis Announces Acquisition of Cibercall in Colombia and Ecuador

LONDON, November 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Deal aims to strengthen the integrator's role in the Andean region

Logicalis Group, the international IT solutions and managed services provider, announces the acquisition of the Colombia and Ecuador operations of Cibercall, a leading provider of voice, data and video services solutions in the regions of Southern and Central America and the Caribbean. Under the agreement, their operations in Colombia and Ecuador, which includes 44 employees, will be integrated with Logicalis' existing operations in those two countries. The acquisition will be made through Logicalis' joint-venture with Brazilian Group Promon (Promon Logicalis Latin America Limited).

With the acquisition, Logicalis further builds its presence in the Andean region, combining its broad IT and communication technology (ICT) solutions portfolio, the technical excellence of its professionals and its solid financial position with Cibercall's local knowledge.
