Russell was honored at the 2012 Women Leaders in Consulting awards event in New York for her extraordinary efforts helping women break barriers and blaze trails in the consulting profession.

With more than 12 years of consulting experience, Russell has headed employee development and talent management solutions as a consultant to both the Slalom firm and its clients. She leads Slalom's Talent Advisory Council and represents the national viewpoint on the firm's diversity initiatives in 11 markets. Her team has put in place dozens of learning programs, implemented an onboarding program and commissioned a talent management system.
