First Advantage Expands Leadership Team
Seasoned Global Operations Executive Joins Growing Organization

PETERSBURG, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/07/12 -- First Advantage, the leading global provider of comprehensive talent acquisition solutions, today announced the addition of Steve Rudderham to its leadership team. Rudderham assumes the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Global Operations, reporting to company CEO Jack Freker. Rudderham has more than 15 years of global business experience across BPO, Insurance and Consumer Products. His broad operations background includes having led teams on the ground in Europe, U.S., Latin America and India. Most recently, he headed the Global Transitions and Delivery Excellence teams for Capgemini, with additional responsibility for their six onshore delivery centers. Earlier in his career, Rudderham was the Business Leader for Genpact's Latin American operations, where he led an organization comprised of more than 3,000 associates. Before Genpact, he spent over 10 years at General Electric in various operational and Six Sigma roles in GE Insurance in the U.S. and GE Lighting across Europe. A board member of IAOP Latin America and the Nearshore Executive Alliance, he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Rudderham holds a B.S. (Hons) degree in International Business Management from DeMontfort University in Leicester, U.K., an M.S. in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan in Wales, U.K. and an MBA degree from Loughborough University, U.K. "This is an exciting time to join First Advantage," commented Rudderham.
