Dialogic Inc. to Report Results for the Third Quarter 2012 on Tuesday, November 13

Dialogic Inc. (NASDAQ: DLGC), a leading provider of products and technologies that enable operators to provide – and subscribers to enjoy – an enhanced mobile experience, today announced that it will release financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 after the market closes on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Dialogic will host a conference call and live webcast at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 to discuss the results.

Parties in the United States can call 1-800-860-2442 to access the conference call. International parties can access the call at 1-412-858-4600.

Dialogic will offer a live webcast of the conference call, which will also include forward-looking information. The webcast will be accessible from the "Investor Relations" section of the Dialogic website ( A telephonic replay of the conference call will also be available one hour after the call and will run for 30 days.
