DirectEmployers Association announces a new technology partner to help member companies more effectively engage with candidates, bridging the gap between the employer's web presence and applicant tracking system (ATS).
INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- As many companies continue to further develop social media recruiting efforts, DirectEmployers Association is expanding its technology partnerships to include TalentCircles, a leading candidate engagement and management platform. Through this platform, members of the Association will be able to create a branded talent network while also providing an enhanced candidate experience.
"Without talent networks, people who apply for jobs feel as though their resumes are being lost somewhere in the shuffle. What we are now providing members with is an evolved talent management network that instantly improves engagement," commented Bill Warren, Executive Director, DirectEmployers Association.
The new technology partnership will enable DirectEmployers members to add a private talent network to their new or existing .JOBS Microsites. While using this platform, recruiters can manage both active and passive candidates as they wish and interact with them via voice, video, webinars, chat, email and announcements. Members who opt to use the talent network will also have access to analytics and customer reporting features.
"With our collaboration, we hope to offer members of DirectEmployers Association access to a social recruiting platform that provides seamless candidate interaction. Each member utilizing a talent network can help keep their candidates active and responsive, cutting recruiting costs and bridging the gap between their online presence and their ATS," stated Marylene Delbourg-Delphis, CEO, TalentCircles.
